Who is Lex360 for?
Freelance English teachers and tutors, language schools, colleges and online schools. It covers beginner (A0) to advanced (C1) and works for general English, business English and exam preparation.
Do I need to write any lessons?
No. Every lesson comes with its text, vocabulary, practice, speaking and writing tasks, homework and a teacher-only lesson plan. You can use them as they are and add your own notes.
Who wrote the lessons and questions?
They are drafted with AI assistance and put through automated quality checks. We keep improving them, and if you find a mistake you can tell us and it is fixed for everyone.
How do students sign in?
Each student gets a personal ID number and a one-time code from their teacher or administrator, and chooses their own password. They need no email address.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Students can do homework and placement tests on a phone, tablet or computer. The whiteboard works best on a tablet with a stylus or a large touch screen.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: up to 5 students on the Freelance Free plan. Paid plans add students, placement-test places and features such as AI-drafted feedback and natural voices.
What is the placement test?
A short adaptive test of grammar, reading and listening that students take on their own. It estimates their level so you can enrol them in the right class.
What does AI marking do?
For written answers only, and only if you switch it on with your own Anthropic key. It drafts a score and feedback. You review it, and the student sees only what you send.
Where is my students' data kept?
On servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Each organisation's data is separated from every other's, passwords are never stored readably, and we do not sell or share data. See the privacy policy.
Can a student delete their account?
A student can ask, and an administrator decides. Deleting is deliberate: accounts are normally deactivated so history is kept, and an administrator can permanently delete a student and their records.
Can I add my own questions or quizzes?
Not yet. The question bank is built so that schools can add their own, and it is on our list. Ask for access and tell us what you need.
How do I get started?
Ask for access with the form. We will set up your account and send a one-time sign-in code. You can add students the same day.
